Holds Master’s Degrees in English Literature, Applied Psychology and Management, apart from PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, along with Trainers’ Training Certificate from Dr. G. Francis Xavier’s TAP International Institute, Bangalore. Served the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi under Central Government for 21 years. Asst. Prof. in English Literature and Management under Anna University, Chennai. Had been the National Chairman of UNI-Y( University Wing of YMCA ). NSDC Certified Life Skill Trainer and Master Trainer. Awards: Awarded for Meritorious Service by Government of India. Won prizes for Extempore Speech and Malayalam Recitation in School and College days. Conducted nearly 2000 Training Programs across India in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil, including 500 sessions online .
