3. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the workshop for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued after the workshop has commenced.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Certificates and training materials will be issued digitally or shipped within 14 business days after successful completion of the workshop.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the participant's location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect information.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property during the workshop.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
